ThiscourseisdesignedtoteachPowerHAforAIXprofessionalsthetechniquesusedtoplanfor,configure,andmanagePowerHA/XDusingGeographicLogicalVolumeManager(GLVM),MetroMirror,orGlobalMirrorasthedatareplicationmethod.
PowerHAforAIXsystemadministratorsandsupportpersonnelwhowillberesponsiblefortheimplementationandmaintenanceofPowerpsystemsrunningPowerHA/XDclusters.
Thecourseisaimedatthefollowingaudience:

StudentsshouldhaveexperiencewithinstallingandperformingstandardPowerHAforAIXconfigurationfunctions,whichcanbeobtainedthrougheitherofthefollowingcourses(orequivalentexperience):
