解读：这个题目的意思是现今社会，雇主在好的学历的基础上越来越重视社会技能。你是否同意社会技能在决定*成功中扮演着同等重要的角色？通过这个题目的分析，朗阁海外考试研究中心的们给广大考生们提出了以下几点需要注意的问题：首先，这个题目的两个对立面是社会技能和良好的学历。在这个题目里，有个重要的关键词就是in addition to。所以，考生们需要注意的是这个题目并不是说社会技能和学历二选一。不管考生选择的态度是同意还是不同意，都是认可学历的重要性。区别在于社会技能是否也很重要。其次，在写作过程中，关键点在于*的成功。也就是说，无论考生的重点在哪里，都应该将内容局限于*领域里面进行讨论，而不应该延伸至*领域之外。
