以21世纪人才素养和人的终身发展为目标设计课程，提升学生的自我认知、社会认知和对自我、对他人、对社会的责任感，培养学生生存能力、生活能力、社交能力、创造性解决问题的能力等。课程*括城市拓展、职业体验、社交礼仪、演讲与辩论、生涯规划、理想的逻辑等。每学期一周的外出小学段综合素质课程带给学生一生的回味与成长的感悟。
